Kurakon Vegan Mapo Tofu



Not quite Japanese cuisine, but we can now indulge in mapo tofu without the mince meat. All you have to do is just prepare the tofu of your choice and 200ml of water, and cook 'em on your pan. We added mushrooms and spring onions too.



I must say, the sauce really packs a lot of flavour. Maybe a little too much even. It was rather salty! There were soy meat and konbu strips. Overall, I must say it was pretty good, just remember to pair this with lots of plain rice or your choice of carbs.
