As a vegetarian (and subsequently vegan), I always cringe and smile dryly when people tell me that.
Food isn't exactly a highlight of my Japan trips because it is so difficult to find anything meat free.

Therefore, I post about any food that is Japanese and vegan that I do find. Plus other vegan stuff from time to time.
